9- Remove and replace all the wooden doors frames, hardware, and lock sets.
10- Provide and install resin epoxy counters tops/tables and supporting base which align the wall perimeter as per diagram (width and height); leaving under counter space for a 4.5kV UPS (under GC/MS); existing lab tables (which align the wall perimeters) maybe utilized where possible in all laboratories rooms.
11- Provide and install a silent generator Volvo type with alternator 500 KVA, with automatic change-over switch, electrical panels, cables and wiring.
12- Provide and install security camera for the outside and inside the buildings with all cabling, wiring, and monitors.
13- Provide water submersible sump pump for garage ramp.
14- Provide and install a fire alarm system to include smoke detectors, panel boards, bells and related accessories to make the system functional.
