Overview
Our company is one of companies that interested to rebuilding new Iraq and we are executing contract to Design- Build Renovations and Additions to the MOD Medical Institute Compound at Baghdad as below explanation:-
SGC has provided the expertise, materials, labor and equipment necessary to design and construct site improvements, building renovation and new housing facilities. The compound shall house and support 100 personnel. The compound includes the following improvements and buildings
- SITE WORK AND FENCING 440m2
- SANITARY SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE
- WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM RO 1 m3/hr
- ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
- BACK-UP POWER GENERATION 1500 KVA
- COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE
- EXISTING CLASSROOM BUILDINGS REFURBISHMENT (3 Buildings, 640 m2 each, 1,920 m2)
- CONSTRUCT NEW LIVING QUARTERS (Approx. 850 m²)
- CONSTRUCT NEW ABLUTION FACILITY (Approx. 105 m²)
- CONSTRUCT NEW LAUNDRY FACILITY (60 m²)
- CONSTRUCT TRANSFORMER’S ROOM TRANSFORMER’S ROOM
- SUPPLY PERSONAL PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT
- OPTION A – CONSTRUCT NEW DINING FACILITY (360 m2)
- OPTION B – FORCE PROTECTION IMPROVEMENTS
- OPTION C – EXISTING ADMIN BUILDING
REFURBISHMENT (1,260m2, 2 FLOORS) - OPTION D – CONCRETE PAVING (300m2 of 150mm Concrete Pads and Drives)
- OPTION E – ROAD AND PARKING PAVING (3,400m2 Asphalt Paving)
- OPTION F – RENOVATE ONE CLASSROOM BUILDING TO BE EQUIPPED FOR A DISTANCE LEANING CENTER
